Micromax released Funbook P600 tablet in Feb 2013 in India for Rs.9499 only. The tablet is 7 inch 3G calling tablet. It is powered by 1 GHz Qualcomm MSM8225A Cortex A5 dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0.4 OS. The device will compete with other 7-inch 3G voice calling tablets such as the Byond Mi-book Mi7, Zen UltraTab A700. It is available in India for Rs.9,499.

The tablet has 7-inch capacitive 5 point multi-touch TFT display with screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and color depth of 16 M. Funbook P600 3G has slim and sleek design which makes it easy to hold. It is available in Slate Grey & Midnight Black. It also has motion / light sensors. It comes with dimension of 193.5 mm X 119.5 mm X 11.5 mm and weighs around 370 gm. The Byond Mi Book Mi7 has 1224 x 600 pixel display resolution which is better than this tablet.

It is operated on 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. But it is not a powerful device like Canvas HD or Canvas 2. Zen Ultra Tab A700 is powered by 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor for better performance.
